In order to streamline support and other requests better, as well as serve you better, we utilize a ticket system.
Every support request, request or complaint is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests.
Most helpful information can be found on our wiki pages (if some information does not appear on our Wiki then please send a request via the ticket system for this to be added. We would like our Wiki pages to be as comprehensive as possible, so we are more than happy to add additional information)
Note: Tickets can be submitted as a guest or a registered user. Either way, you would receive the responses but to really use the system properly, Sign In. This way you could track all your submissions and also have access to old submissions and their history and resolve.
